Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 07.07.2026

1 About These Terms

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of https://mosero.co.uk (the “Website”), operated by Mosero Performance Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales of Unit A6 Lower Rd, Northfleet Industrial Estate, Northfleet, Gravesend, Kent, DA11 9SN (“Mosero Performance”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms of Use govern use of the Website only. The provision of MOT, servicing, diagnostics, repair, tuning and vehicle security work is agreed separately with you at the time of booking, and is not governed by these Terms of Use. If there is any conflict between these Terms of Use and the terms agreed for a specific job, the terms agreed for that job prevail.

2 Use of the Website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected system;
  • introduce viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious or technologically harmful material;
  • use any automated system, including robots, scrapers or data-mining tools, to extract data from the Website without our prior written consent;
  • use the Website to transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material; or
  • misuse our contact or booking enquiry forms, including by submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website if you breach these Terms of Use.

3 Information on the Website Is Not Advice

The content of the Website is provided for general information about our services only. It does not constitute professional automotive, technical or safety advice specific to your vehicle, and it should not be relied upon as such. Service descriptions, indicative pricing and example timelines on the Website are illustrative and do not constitute a contractual offer; the price and scope of any job will be confirmed with you directly before work begins.

4 Accuracy and Availability

We take reasonable care to ensure the information on the Website, including service descriptions, pricing indications and opening hours, is accurate and up to date, but we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content is accurate, complete or current. We may update, change or remove content at any time without notice.

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or part of the Website for business or operational reasons.

5 Bookings and Enquiries

Submitting a booking or enquiry form, or contacting us by phone, email, or social media, does not create a binding contract. A contract for MOT, servicing, repair, tuning or security work is only formed once we have confirmed the booking, scope and price with you. Nothing in these Terms of Use affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where applicable.

6 Intellectual Property

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, page layouts and images. These works are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, republication or commercial exploitation, requires our prior written consent.

7 Customer Reviews and Third-Party Links

The Website may display genuine customer reviews sourced from platforms such as Google. These reflect the individual opinions of the reviewers and are not verified or edited by us beyond what the hosting platform permits.

Where the Website contains links to third-party websites or resources, including Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps, these are provided for information only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content or availability of third-party websites. You may link to our homepage in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage or take advantage of our reputation, but you must not suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

8 Cookies and Privacy

Our use of cookies and personal data is set out separately in our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy, both available on this Website and which form part of these Terms.

9 Limitation of Liability for Website Use

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to the foregoing: (a) we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations and other terms that may apply to the Website or its content; and (b) we will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Website, or the use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Website. In particular, we will not be liable for loss of profits, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

If you are acting as a consumer, nothing in these Terms of Use affects your statutory rights.

10 General

These Terms of Use, their subject matter and formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by amending this page; please check this page from time to time.
